Kevin Dean, Owner/head trainer

A U.S. Air Force Veteran, Kevin has held many top certifications specializing in human movement and sports performance, including National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist.

Kevin oversees the growth and training of the CORE 4 team and is the leader in developing our programming. He also coaches some of our on-field team trainings and adult group fitness classes and is in charge of CORE 4's relationships and finances.

Morgan Fontaine, Trainer

Morgan brings to CORE4 a background in athletics, specifically soccer. Working with clients of all ages and abilities, she has experience with postural correction, injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, sport specific training, and general weight loss/weight gain. 

Morgan helps oversee the growth and development of the CORE 4 team and runs all social media pages and marketing. She also aids in program design for our adult group fitness classes and soccer team trainings. Although she works with all different types of people with goals ranging, she also designs and implements training programs for Middle School, High School, and College athletes. Most of those being soccer players. She has a true passion for supporting and developing strong athletes both mentally and physically and is huge on pain-free movement.

Jay Kral, Trainer

Jay is self-taught in all things fitness and nutrition and extremely passionate about helping others reach their best self. 

Jay coaches our adult group fitness classes and programs and trains both youth athletes and adults with different goals. 
 
-Played football for 13 years (including one year at CCSU)
-Has been bodybuilding for 10 years
-Explored various training styles in bodybuilding and powerlifting
-Self-taught in nutrition, has been writing own diets for 7 years
-Trained for a year at WoW! Fitness working with Gen Pop
