The goal of CORE 4 is to provide student athletes and adults of all abilities and in all phases of life with a systematic, regimented and progressive routine. Our program aims to educate individuals to perform the prescribed exercises correctly and to do it in a manner that will optimize performance goals. We provide our members with the tools necessary to achieve their personal goals within a fun, high-energy team environment.
