All programs follow the CORE 4 systematic and progressive program that builds fundamentals first and develops each person from there.
These classes use our proven 12 week program which teaches individuals proper movement patterns while also getting them stronger. There are no random workouts here-for everything we do there is a WHY behind it. We have an actual system that helps you progress, and if you can't do something we can regress it to make sure you're still progressing and doing it safely. Each class starts with a warm up before we head into the strength portion of the class and then we finish with conditioning. Classes are 1 hour long.
Our Fit classes are ideal for adults who are looking to be supported and pushed along their fitness journey with other like minded individuals in a close community setting, while still following a system.
Fit clients can expect to receive the following:
These sessions are done in an open-gym setting where you are coached by our coaching staff throughout each session. You have 1 coach that designs your program based off of our dynamic comprehensive biomechanical assessment and your goals. This coach is your main coach and will be checking in with you weekly and making sure you are progressing. Our 202 program is ideal for adults who wish to take their performance training to the next level and take their program more into their own hands.
This program brings down the cost of training significantly while maintaining the highest level of coaching and programming.
202 clients can expect to recieve the following:
Similar to our 202 program but for athletes! These sessions are done in an open-gym setting where you are coached by our coaching staff throughout each session. You have 1 coach that designs your program based off of our dynamic comprehensive biomechanical assessment and your goals. This coach is your main coach and will be checking in with you weekly and making sure you are progressing. Our 202 program is ideal for athletes who wish to take their performance training to the next level and get an edge on the competituion.

Elite Athlete clients can expect to recieve the following:
These sessions are 1 hour long and can be as frequent as you need (3 times a week, once a week, etc).
Our 1 on 1 sessions are ideal for those that are injured or currently in pain and those that are looking for customized 1on1 attention in a more personal setting.
1 on 1 clients can expect to receive the following:
** 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: We do hold a 24-hour policy when it comes to cancellations. If you cancel within the 24 hour mark, clients will still be charged the training fee. **
Members pay on a month-to-month basis. There are no contracts for our membership.
