Andy has a strong background in sports performance and athletics, working with athletes from the youth, high school, and elite college level. Andy also has experience working with the general population as a personal trainer, helping those with goals of weight loss and general health & fitness. He has worked with many types of clients, helping those reach their weight loss goals while also helping athletes reach their goal of playing at the professional level.
