Old, young, advanced, beginner. We have just about every type of person here. We have had advanced athletes come in and be challenged with our workouts. We have had beginners come in and enjoy their training experience. This comes with our ability to adapt the program to whoever comes in. Everyone needs stability to avoid injury. The stronger we are and the better we move, the less likely we will end up with an injury. 80% of americans over the age of 35 report lower back pain, concordantly, 80% of americans have sedentary jobs that create poor, altered movement patterns.
