Do you want to look and feel your best? Yes? Then read this book.

I often get asked by new clients and just people in general about good sources of health and fitness advice. My answer is ALWAYS this book. It helped me a ton when I started my journey into healthier living a few years ago and I have yet to find another book that does as good of a job as this one does. It's easy to understand and it's extremely practical. This book will show you how to eat, how to move, and how to reduce your stress to achieve and maintain your optimal level of health. It's not the end all be all but it is a fantastic place to start.

It works as a 4-step guide:

Step 1: Fill out the questionnaires (long but worth it)

Step 2: Develop a unique eating plan tailored to you (I don't agree with everything in this part BUT I don't have to and neither do you. Test over and over again until you find what works best for you. This is a great starting point.)

Step 3: Build a personalized exercise program that fits your needs (This offers a lot of good stretching techniques and light exercises you can do if you can't afford a trainer. And again, it's a great strating point for testing and finding out what works for you).

Step 4: Fine-tune a healthier lifestyle that fits your routine.

I recommend this book to every single person. Whether you believe you're the healthiest version of you or not, this can help you. I have re-read it many times and I go over much of this information with my clients. Get the book here.

And if you have any questions about this book or plan on reading it and want to go over the information with a trainer fill out our client intake form.
