Getting The Most Out Of Your Training Program

So, you have a trainer (or maybe you don't) but you workout regularly, possibly have a training program that you follow....

Whether your program/workouts are made up by you or or a trainer, you want it to be as successful as posisble right? You don't put all this time, effort, energy, and money into this to not get results and be successful! So here are the 5 things I believe you need to do in order to make it happen.

 Here's what you need to do:
1. Get rid of your excuses.
2. Show up-every session.
3. Try your best-every session, every set, every rep. Record your sets to check your form. Don’t go on your phone and get distracted. Increase your weight continuously.
4. Follow your program to a T. Don’t skip reps, sets, or use the same weight every time you do an exercise.
5. Care-care about improving. Care about putting in the effort. Care about executing well.

Do that and you’ll see some really great progress! And if you’re not making progress you’re probably missing 1 or maybe all of these things…
