These sessions are done in an open-gym setting where you are coached by our coaching staff throughout each session. You have 1 coach that designs your program based off of our dynamic comprehensive biomechanical assessment and your goals. This coach is your main coach and will be checking in with you weekly and making sure you are progressing. Our 202 program is ideal for adults who wish to take their performance training to the next level and take their program more into their own hands. This program brings down the cost of training significantly while maintaining the highest level of coaching and programming.
